Dear Creekside Families,
It has been wonderful to be back in the library with your children this year. It warmed our hearts every day to see them grow as readers and help them find books they enjoyed.
To keep reading skills sharp, this summer Creekside is partnering with King County Library for their Summer Reading Program. Your children were introduced to this program last week and we encourage them to participate. Link
In addition, we have put together a list of science and social studies topics by grade level for your reader to consider focusing on this summer. This is a suggestion; the most important part of summer reading is to read things that interest and excite your child.
The suggested topics can be found in Clever on the library page and on the library website.
There is also a “how to” video for accessing Sora (An eBook & audiobook resource).
