Happy Summer to You and Yours! WE are all hoping that you are off to a great summer! We hope you have time to just relax and be off the screens.
If you and yours are looking for ways to access real books, try:
· Brick and Mortar Books in Redmond…owned by a former Issaquah school teacher
· Half Price Books in Redmond. (They have a summer reading program.)
· Island Books on Mercer Island
· Third Place Books in Seattle
· Small Threads in Issaquah
· Value Village in Issaquah & Redmond for gently used books
· Visit a little neighborhood library (There is one at Ebright Park!)
· Or organize a book swap in the neighborhood!
· KCLS is opening for in-person library services on July 8th
Still need books and aren’t tired of screens?
